Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Good Company Athletics (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Final Unless Eligible
All items are considered final sale unless they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange that does not comply with these terms.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Must not show signs of wear, odor, damage, or alteration
We reserve the right to deny returns at our sole discretion if items do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance.

Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved and received:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after inspection
We reserve the right to withhold partial or full refunds if items are returned in unacceptable condition.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability.
We may offer:
- Size exchanges for the same product
- Store credit in lieu of exchange
We reserve the right to limit or deny exchanges at our discretion.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Email info@goodcompanyathletics.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective.
7. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items returned without authorization
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from us, you agree to contact Good Company Athletics first to resolve any issue.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:
- Denial of future purchases
- Submission of evidence to your payment provider
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
