This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Good Company Athletics (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended
  • Some items may be made-to-order or print-on-demand, which may require additional production time

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time.


4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is your responsibility to monitor shipment progress and ensure secure delivery.


5. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Good Company Athletics is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is missing:

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
  • Notify us and we will do our best to assist, but resolution is not guaranteed

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect information, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.


9. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional fees imposed by your country

10. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers depending on product availability and fulfillment locations.


11. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

For pre-orders or made-to-order items:

  • Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided at checkout
  • Delays may occur due to production or supply chain factors

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept extended fulfillment timelines.


12. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or refuse shipping to certain regions or addresses
  • Cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping constraints

13. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Good Company Athletics are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
