9. Event Participation & Liability Waiver

By registering for or attending any Good Company Athletics event (including run clubs, races, or activations), you agree:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
  • You release and waive all claims against Good Company Athletics, its owners, partners, staff, sponsors, and affiliates
  • You agree that we are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or death

You further agree:

  • You are physically capable of participating
  • You will follow all event rules and safety instructions
  • You may be removed from an event for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund

10. User-Generated Content & Media Release

By tagging, submitting, or posting content related to Good Company Athletics, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to:

  • Use, reproduce, edit, and distribute your content
  • Use your name, image, likeness, and social handle

This includes use in:

  • Social media
  • Website
  • Marketing and advertising
  • Paid campaigns

You waive any right to compensation, approval, or royalties.

11. Influencer & Ambassador Terms

If you participate in any Good Company Athletics ambassador, affiliate, or influencer program:

  • You agree to represent the brand authentically and lawfully
  • You must comply with FTC guidelines (including disclosure of partnerships)
  • We reserve the right to terminate partnerships at any time

We are not liable for:

  • Independent actions of ambassadors or creators
  • Claims made outside of approved messaging

12. Memberships, Subscriptions & Digital Services

If you purchase or access any membership, subscription, or digital product:

  • Billing may be recurring as disclosed at purchase
  • You are responsible for canceling prior to the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
